Entry is free and open to all eligible participants who satisfy the requirements explained below.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win the prize.
To enter, you must be subscribed to the BadCatGames email newsletter at http://eepurl.com/duzQ35. The newsletter provides news, hobby info, promotions, new product information, new releases, competitions and more. Registration to the newsletter automatically enters you into any prize draws and competitions. Existing subscribers will be automatically entered to any new competitions and giveaways.
Unsubscribing from the email newsletter will remove your entry to the prize draw.
Only one entry is allowed per person.
All entrants will have an equal chance of winning.
One winner will be chosen in total for each prize draw unless further winners are specified in the competition rules.
The prize draw will be randomly selected from all participants at the BadcatGames offices (43 Church Street, Alloa, FK10 1DH, United Kingdom).
The winner from a prize draw, competition or giveaway will be notified via email within 10 days after being selected. If the winner does not respond within 2 weeks of the competition end, BadCatGames reserves the right to redraw a winner.
Prizes will be detailed within the information on each competition.
If a winning entrant is drawn that resides in Canada, they must correctly answer a question in order to win, in accordance with Canadian Law.
Competitions are open to residents of all European Countries, the United Kingdom, USA and Canada.
Prizes will be dispatched by a tracked delivery service once they have been claimed and the materials of the prize are at the BadCatGames offices.
A potential winner will not be eligible for any prize unless they have complied fully with the terms and conditions laid out here and they have been notified by BadCatGames.
Entries may be rendered void if any of these rules have been breached. If a winning entry is rendered void, BadCatGames will redraw an entrant for a new winner.
Employees of BadCatGames, their families, agents, trade partners and any other person connected with the administration of the competition or prize draw is not eligible for entry to any prize draw, competition or giveaway run by BadCatGames.
BadCatGames reserves the right to decide whether a person is ineligible for the prize and this decision is final; no discussion or correspondence will be entered into.
To the extent that is permitted by law, BadCatGames will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner of a prize draw or competition or accept any liability for any financial loss or damage occurring as a result of taking up the prize, except where it is caused by negligence attributable to BadCatGames, or its agents or distributors.
Your statutory rights are not affected and nothing in rule 18 excludes or limits any liability for fraud, or personal injury or for death resulting from negligence.
These rules are governed by the laws of Scotland and any dispute relating to the promotion will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
Entry indicates acceptance of these rules in their entirety.
This promotion is void where prohibited by law.
